Why We Do What We Do
We're here to raise the standards of service in the coaching industry, starting with ourselves.
The bottom line: the coaching/self-help/healing industry has become an oversaturated, highly resistant marketplace. With the explosion of business coaches advertising "Make 10K/mo in your online coaching business!", there came TONS of people wanting to sell their services online for one core reason: they saw "coaching" as a pathway to financial freedom. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but here's where it went sideways:
Coaching became more about making money than providing service.
Under the justification of wanting to make the world a better place, coaches did whatever they had to in order to sell high ticket programs regardless if they were effective at delivering or not.
So, in those conditions, who rose to the top? The best marketers and salespeople - NOT the best providers. And when enough people got burned, people started feeling resistance to being coached and coaches didn't want to be called coaches anymore.
And for Difference Makers, this created a powerful conflict...
See, a Difference Maker is someone who doesn't care about the money, titles, success, or fame. They care about service. Not only that, they want to serve at the HIGHEST possible level. Their drive doesn't come from the promise of financial abundance (although they know that's inevitable for them). It comes from creating a life in the image of who they truly are, why they're here, and how they're meant to bring that to the world. In other words: living their life fully aligned with their unique purpose on this planet before they die.
They want to give this SO BADLY, but they just can't get their head around HOW to do it in an industry that's become so much about the money....
So they find themselves stuck on this question:
"How do I get paid to do what I love in an authentic and aligned way WITHOUT needing to use Shiny Shortcut Marketing or Manipulative Sales tactics?"
